How can we help?

An eSIM is a digital SIM built into your phone. Instead of a plastic card, you download a mobile plan by scanning a QR code.
Most phones from 2019 onward support eSIM. Use our compatibility checker to confirm your exact model.
Open the email we send you on Wi-Fi, then scan the QR code from your phone settings (Settings → Cellular/Mobile → Add eSIM). Installation takes about two minutes.
Install before you travel while you have Wi-Fi. Enable data roaming for the eSIM line on arrival so it connects to a local network.
Most plans activate when the eSIM connects to a network in your destination. The validity period counts down from that moment.
Yes. The eSIM runs alongside your primary SIM, so calls and texts stay on your usual number while the eSIM handles data.
All major cards via Stripe, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. Your card details never touch our servers.
If you have not installed the eSIM, contact support for a refund. Once installed and activated, plans generally cannot be refunded.
Make sure data roaming is ON for the eSIM line, the correct line is set for cellular data, and you are within the plan's coverage. Toggling airplane mode often forces a reconnect.
Check your spam folder and confirm the email address on your order. Still nothing? Contact support and we will resend it right away.
