1. Acceptance

By purchasing an eSIM through data4travel you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. eSIM Plans

All data plans are provided by third-party MNOs via our partner esimplanner.com. Advertised data allowances, validity periods, and speeds are as provided by the operator and may vary by region.

3. Refunds

Once an eSIM has been activated it cannot be refunded. Unactivated eSIMs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Contact support@data4travel.com.

4. Liability

data4travel is a marketplace and is not liable for network outages, coverage gaps, or changes in operator terms. Our liability is limited to the purchase price.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union.
